美港聯和重視同仁素質並長期培養優秀從業人員，經營團隊各部門主管均有超過25年之帷幕牆工程資歷，專案管理同仁多具有碩士學歷及英語溝通能力，同仁專業證照包括一位建築師、一位結構技師、五位土木技師、一位專案管理師、二位品管工程師、十位安全衛生管理員或作業主管。
Mega Facade is a registered curtain wall specialist contractor with over 200 employee devoting to system design, structural analysis, fabrication drawing, extrusion fabrication, unit assembly, site operation and project management. All the activities are closely coordinated with inhouse resources to ensure the quality and punctuality of the projects.
Mega Facade aims to recruit and foster the best engineers in the industry. The members of the management team are with more than 25-year experience in the curtain wall industry. Most engineers of the project management team are with M.S. degree and communication skill in English. The professional license of employee includes one architect, one structural PE, five civil PE, one PMP, two quality PE and 10 safety PE.
